Jennifer Mathieson, RYT-200 In the early summer of 2008 Jennifer came on
as co-owner and director of Dover Yoga and Dover Pilates. She has been
practicing yoga for the past 6 and a half years and recently graduated from the
200hr Yoga of Energy Flow Teacher training program run by Carrie Tyler and
Daniel Orlansky. Sitting still has never been an area of strength of hers, but
over the years Jennifer has realized that being still and being present in the
moment with your breath is a beautiful art form that is obtainable to anyone
who is willing to be patient and practice. To Jen, the mind/body/breath
connection is a valuable tool on and off the mat. It is her passion to help others
make that connection through their own practice. Jennifer approaches her
classes with a teaching style focused around laughter, movement and breath.
She teaches gentle Hatha, Hatha flow, Rasamaya® Yoga and Yin Yoga.
Jennifer is available for on one on private instruction in addition to her regular
class and workshop schedule.
