THE RASAMAYA® 600hr STRUCTURAL THERAPIST LEVEL I TEACHER TRAINING is the next step after a 200hr yoga teacher training program and is an additional 400hrs that explores Yoga, Pilates and other movement forms as healing arts and prepares students to become Structural Therapists.  It is a central principle to Rasamaya® philosophy that if we can heal the physical body than we can more readily access and heal the emotional body. Rasamaya® Structural Therapists utilize multiple modalities of movement and hands on adjustments in their work with clients including: yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, Pilates, Thai bodywork, myofascial and gentle visceral manipulation, cranial sacral therapy, humor, play and somatics and much more to help clients find a more full existence.  Students will leave the course with all the tools they need to be successful Structural Therapists, and will be able to address clients on all levels of holistic well being. Our main working texts will be the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the classic manual on Hatha Yoga written in the 15th century, and Anatomy Trains - which offers a new view on Western Anatomy through the lens of the myofascial meridians as defined by Tom Myers. This is a mentorship based course that currently only accepts 5 students at a time on rolling enrollment, with no more than 10 students enrolled at any given time.  Private sessions, case studies and observation are required of all students in addition to course time. Students will graduate this course as 600hr Level I Rasamaya® Structural Therapists, Meridian Yoga Teachers, 500 level E-RYT’s, and are also fully prepared to teach Level I Pilates Reformer & Apparatus Courses.
